Privacy Policy
What we collect when you write to us on this website or on WhatsApp, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it.
Short answer: we collect only what we need to answer you and to quote your project, we store it in our own database, three providers host and deliver it under our instructions, we never sell it and we never share it for anyone else's marketing, and one email to sales@ftservices.ae gets you a copy or a deletion.

Who we are
FT-Services is a software and automation studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We build business systems, AI integration, mobile apps and WhatsApp automation for companies in the UAE and the wider GCC. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website, through the assistant on it, through WhatsApp, and through the enquiries and quotations we handle.
What we collect
Enquiry details you type into our contact or consultation forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and what you tell us about your project. Chat content from the assistant on this website: the messages you send and the replies you receive. WhatsApp conversations: your WhatsApp number, the display name your profile shows, and the messages you exchange with us, including anything you send a member of our team. Quotation records: the choices you make, the figures we quoted and the contact details attached to them. Basic usage information from this website: the page you opened, the source that referred you, your screen size and language, and a browser identifier held in a cookie. We record that only after you accept cookies. We do not collect card or bank details anywhere on this website, and we do not run advertising.
Why we use it
To answer you and to prepare the quotation or plan you asked for. To provide, support and improve the service you buy from us. To keep a record of what was agreed between us. To protect the website and our team from abuse, for example by limiting repeated automated requests. To see which pages help visitors, so we can improve them.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers. We do not use your WhatsApp number or email address to send you promotions you did not ask for. If we ever want to send you something marketing related, we ask you first and you can say no.
Who processes it on our behalf
Three providers handle data strictly so that we can deliver the service. Our hosting provider keeps this website and our database running on servers in the UAE. Meta carries WhatsApp messages between you and us, under WhatsApp's own terms. An AI model provider processes the text of a conversation so the assistant can draft a reply. Each of them acts on our instructions for our service only, and none of them may use your information for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies that the website needs in order to work, and one first party analytics cookie that records a page view. Our analytics are our own, not a third party tracker, and they log nothing until you accept. You can refuse and keep using the site normally; the only difference is that we count your visit less accurately. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Enquiries, quotations and client correspondence are kept while we may need them to serve you, and afterwards as long as UAE business rules require us to keep records. WhatsApp conversations with our support number are kept so that a colleague can pick up your history where another left it, which is the purpose of the channel. Website usage records are kept as aggregate counts. You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time, as described below.
How we protect it
Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to serve you. Our credentials live outside the website files, the database is not publicly reachable, and every page that shows customer information requires a signed in member of our team. Traffic to this website and to WhatsApp is encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, so if we ever find a breach that affects you, we tell you and we tell the relevant authority.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. One email to sales@ftservices.ae is enough and we answer within 30 days. If you ask us to delete something that we are required to keep, such as an issued tax invoice, we will tell you exactly what we must keep and why. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may raise the matter with the UAE Data Office.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if you believe a child has sent us details, tell us and we will remove them.
Changes to this policy
When we change how we handle information, we update this page and change the date below. If a change is significant and we already know you, we also mention it in the conversation we are already having with you.
