FT-Services provides free online business tools including but not limited to chart generators, VAT calculators, and invoice generators. These tools are provided “as is” and are intended for general business use.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of all data you input into our tools
• Verifying all outputs, calculations, and generated documents before use
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards
• Maintaining backups of any important data

4. No Professional Advice

The tools and any output generated are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional accounting, financial, legal, or tax advice. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals before making any business decisions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FT-SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE TOOLS.

7. Data Collection and Usage

To improve our services and provide you with a better experience, we collect certain information when you use our tools. This may include:

• Type of tool used and features accessed
• File types and data formats uploaded
• Chart types and design preferences selected
• General usage patterns and interaction data
• Technical information such as browser type, device type, and IP address

This information may be used for analytics, service improvement, marketing purposes, and to develop new features and services. By using our tools, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described herein.

Deleted customers stay in the bin for 30 days so mistakes can be undone, then their data is removed; we keep only their name, ID and deletion date where the law requires records. Deleted data may remain for a time in our encrypted backups and in our hosting provider's encrypted copies of them. A backup is never used to bring deleted data back: every restore removes it again before the system reopens.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our tools may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance functionality and collect usage data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software associated with these tools are the property of FT-Services and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Invoice Generator Specific Terms

The Invoice Generator tool is provided solely as a template creation aid. FT-Services does not verify, validate, or endorse any information entered into invoices. Users are fully responsible for ensuring all invoice details are accurate and comply with applicable tax laws.

11. AI Credit

AI credit never expires. If you stop using the service, your balance stays on your account and is there when you come back. AI credit is not refunded.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
