01 · Inbox

Every chat in one place, with the customer beside it

Chats from every number on your plan land in one inbox, with filters for waiting, mine, AI-handled and closed, and the customer panel open on the side. The first employee to pick up a chat owns it, so two people never answer the same customer, and a hand-back button returns the chat to the AI the moment your team is done. Once 24 hours of silence close the window, the inbox sends an approved template instead of a blocked reply.

02 · CRM

A complete CRM, not a light add-on to the inbox

Contacts, companies, deals, tasks and products, with pipeline stages and fields you name yourself, and one timeline per customer holding every chat, note, call, email and deal change in order. The products list is also your WhatsApp catalogue, so editing a product updates what customers see in the chat. Reports show sales by stage and by staff member, won and lost deals, response times, and chats handled by the AI against chats handled by people.

03 · AI agent

An AI agent per number, set up in four steps

The wizard covers what you sell, your tone and languages, what the AI may do and must never do, and when it hands over to a person — then a test chat runs the whole thing before it goes live on a real number. It remembers each customer across chats and answers in Arabic and English, and it pauses the moment a human replies. It runs on prepaid AI credit in USD; when the credit runs out the AI stops and your team takes over, so there is no surprise bill.

04 · Templates

Approved templates, ready-made and requested

WhatsApp needs an approved template to message a customer after 24 hours of silence, so the templates page carries Meta’s own ready-made library — order, delivery, payment, appointment and account updates, and sign-in codes — and a form for anything the library lacks. The form checks Meta’s rules before it is sent, so a template rarely comes back rejected. Every status change comes into the dashboard and by email, and a rejected template can be edited and sent again.

05 · Integrations

Keep your own CRM, and connect it both ways

Four connectors are ready at launch — HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce and Odoo. New WhatsApp customers are copied to your CRM, and edits made in either system come back to the other with the latest change winning. Name and phone always copy, and you tick the extra boxes for the chat, the AI summary and deals.
