What this price does not include
  • Meta’s own conversation fees. WhatsApp charges per conversation, billed by Meta to your account, not by us. The rate depends on conversation type and country.
  • Your phone number. It must be a number that is not already active on a personal WhatsApp account. We tell you before you order if yours cannot be used.
  • Trade licence and business documents. Meta requires them for verification. We submit them for you, but only you can supply them.
  • Content we do not have. If the bot should answer from your catalogue or policies, we need those documents from you.
